Key Specification of MG Hector New Interior / facelift

The MG Motor India is preparing up to introduce an updated version of its most selling car New Hector facelift in India market by the end of 2023 and has started to reveal the updated SUV. The company had teased its long 14.0 inch vertical touch-screen infotainment system in the last month and claimed it will be the biggest touchscreen in any car ever, and the now MG MOTOR teased a new image giving us an idea of cosmetic change in the Hector’s front end. About the front updated SUV’s design ,hinting at re-styled front bumpers and tweaked headlights.

The 2023 MG Hector facelift will get an all-new bumper with bolder looking argyle insured diamond mesh radiator grill which will be flanked by the LED headlights and LED daytime running light (DRLs) up top. By the spy photos, the updated Hector will retain the alloy wheel design of the existing model.

On the inside, the biggest change will be the New HD 14.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system. The previous teaser image from MG also shows a revised dashboard design with new horizontal AC vents, and a center console that gets a new flowing design, along with a new gear lever.

In Updated New MG Hector beyond the cosmetic updates, Its will get the Next level two 2 Advanced Driver Assistance system (ADAS). It means, that it get active safety features such as lane keep assist, blind spot detection rear cross-traffic alert forward collision warning system and etc. It is likely that the refreshed SUV will house the ADAS sensors and camera on the windscreen.

Updated Engine of MG Hector New facelift

However ,no charges are expected in the powertrain. MG Hector gets a 1.5- liter turbo charged petrol engine, its developed 141 bhp and 250 Nm and also available with a 48-volt mild hybrid system too. The non-hybrid petrol is paired with a 6-speed MT and a 6-speed DCT while the hybrid motor comes mated to a 6-speed MT only. It is available with a 2.0 liter diesel engine as well that develops 167bhp and 350Nm torque. This engine comes mated to a 6-speed manual transmission only.
